The Story Behind the Artwork
I painted this in 2025 . Thinking of home. The red sky in heat. The kind of heat , life heat. But look at the huts . They're still standing. Roof intact. Door open. The sunset is big and heavy, but it's resting, not burning everything down. That's how I feel now. Life is hot, pressure is red , but I'm still standing like those huts. The ground flows like fire , but the Palm tree doesn't fall. This painting is my prayer: Even when the sky is red, let my home stand. Even when the ground is hot, let peace remain. I'm selling "sunset at Home" so I can afford to keep my own home standing too.
