STORY BEHIND THE WORK I painted this work at 2AM in the night with only my phone light. I couldn’t sleep. I felt like I had to create. As I painted, I remembered how far I’ve come and why I can’t give up. This piece is about love that keeps you going the kind of love between husband and wife that gives strength in dark times. It’s a reminder that even with little light, love is enough to see you through.
